Chalk is not only for the children.

Woke up this morning to the most beautiful clear blue skies and a welcome visitor, the SUN!! With that start to the day and a pending SuesDay on the cards, the day was going to be perfect.  I even did the tiniest bit of sewing first thing.

I had decided on wearing this chocolate brown dress with leopard legs and thought I could make a shrug top out of a scarf like Vix has been doing.  Turned out pretty good but with all the Farmers in town I didn't end up wearing it as I did not want to be mistake for some big brown cow back on, I mean to say, just look at that BUM!!  I never see it because it is behind me and usually well covered up, so even I was surprised by the size of the sucker.  This obviously happened while I slept last night!

Cool top but that is one Kardashian sized Bum!

Sue arrived in so we buggered off
to do the rounds of
our favourite op shops!

Next to the Salvo in town is a Knock Shop, we have always joked how we would be only good for the morning shift as the mature escort of course.  Finally today Sue did her working girl pose outside the door.

We had a spot of lunch at Lola which is a jolly nice place to have a feed.  I had a chicken Pannini while Sue had a seafood basket thing.  With Mochas and flat whites because we are grown ups (sometimes).

We drew on the brick wall with Chalk because we are Rebels!!

We celebrated SuesDay with a pose off
in front of the brick wall.

Then Tex came along
and
photo bombed
because he can!!!

Todays little effort.

Gorgeous old puzzles for 50c each
and
lovely old toy cars
$1-50 each.

Draws that were over priced
but my obsession
with such things made me buy them.

An old incomplete Monopoly game for 50c
and look
the hotels and motels are wooden
and the counters
are metal.
And the Chance and Community Chest cards
are still in pounds!!

Many a good argument  was caused by this game!!

Thanks Sue
for another good day out!!

Thanks Sunshine for shining all day!!!

Don't worry about the bum ... if you can't see it ... it doesn't exist ... well that's what I tell myself about back fat anyway ;0)

You Sues have a ball, don't you? Love the frock and the leopard shrug, but what are you going on about your bum for? It's a gorgeous peach of an arse! Now go and clean that chalk off the wall, you bad girls! xxx

Yer bum's fine (in both senses of the word).

That Monopoly is a riot! I can't imagine a Chance card like that in a set today. The new games have a third die for a sped-up game where you get to advance to the next available property etc. It is WRONG! Monopoly is supposed to go on, and on (and on) to the bitter end.

Now that everyone is making shrugs I'll have to give it a try. I have an old chenille bedspread that might work. Thanks for the inspiration (and really, you should wear yours-if anyone is eyeing your bum it is likely in admiration).

Have a great weekend.

I am so glad you labelled your bum because otherwise I would not have known what it was! Oh the relief.

It looks like a fun day as it always does and I am so envious that I am not a Sue! Love the pose off. Clearly I am in the presence of expert posers. I am merely a poseur of a poser.

Happy weekend Sue! go crazy chalk and Monopoly!

Having labelled your backside in plain all caps, one expected you to do the same for the C-A-T. I can hear you Sue's laughing all the way over here on the other side of the planet: a joyous sound, long may it echo!

That blue crushed velvet cape/jacket is elegant indeed!
